GEVORKYAN’s Key Events in H1 2026:

• Revenue increased by 18% year-over-year to nearly 50 million EUR

• EBITDA exceeded 15 million EUR, representing a 9% year-over-year increase

• The EBITDA margin reached 30%

• Net income rose 34% year-over-year to nearly 4 million EUR

GEVORKYAN, a.s., a European leader in the field of powder metallurgy, announces selected financial and operating results for the first half of 2026.

In the first six months of 2026, the company reported revenue of 49.8 million EUR, representing a year-over-year increase of 18.18%. EBITDA rose by 9.19% to EUR 15.04 million, with an EBITDA margin of 30.19%. In the first half of 2026, GEVORKYAN also reported operating EBIT of 6.68 million EUR, a year-over-year increase of 29.06%, and net income (EAT) rose by 34.50% to 3.97 million EUR.

The successful completion of a two-year development project, combined with an acquisition in Italy, has brought the company new projects in the aerospace industry, particularly in the aircraft and unmanned systems segments. GEVORKYAN, a.s. has obtained EN 9100 certification for the aerospace and defense industries, which places it in the global OASIS database used by certified suppliers and customers in these sectors.

Following a successful acquisition, the Italian plant Gevorkyan Sinteris Italia is now supplying the Rheinmetall Group; however, these are not directly weapon parts, but rather components intended for military equipment.
