Innovation in every process: from powders to the final product
Sintering – classical powder metallurgy is the production of metal products from powders by pressing and subsequent high-temperature sintering in furnaces.
This technology is based on three basic processes: selecting the right combination of metal powders and polymers, injecting the material into the mould and sintering in special furnaces.
Hot isostatic pressing is the process of compacting powders or castings and sintered parts in a furnace at high pressure and temperature.
Additive manufacturing is the deposition of fine layers of metal powders on a 3D printer followed by sintering.
GEVORKYAN Force Defence (G-FD) was established as a subsidiary of GEVORKYAN, a.s. with the aim of concentrating long-standing know-how and production capacities for the defence industry. It builds on years of experience in the development and manufacture of components for the civilian arms sector and brings them into a new era of modernized defence.
Our ambition is to become a reliable European manufacturer of next-generation specialized components for armed forces, law enforcement units, and partners within NATO. We focus on innovative, precise, and highly durable parts that meet strict safety and quality requirements.
G-FD is built on strong foundations of technological excellence — from in-house development to high-volume serial production in hundreds of thousands.
