Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of GEVORKYAN, a.s. Artur Gevorkyan attended the Forbes “A Better Slovakia 2026” conference, which brought together leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators to discuss the future and further development of Slovakia.
Artur Gevorkyan addressed the question of why it makes sense to stay in Slovakia, do business there, and build companies with global ambitions.
The discussion highlighted not only the challenges facing Slovakia but also its strengths: a skilled and hardworking workforce, technical expertise, a strong industrial tradition, and the ability of Slovak companies to succeed in global markets.
GEVORKYAN is an example of a company that has been building its technological and manufacturing infrastructure in Slovakia for nearly three decades while also operating globally.
